JOB SCOPE
Responsibilities
– Manage the marketing and publicity of courses and events on websites and social media etc.
– Coordinate and respond to enquiries
– Follow up with Corporate and Public clients for successful closure of programmes/ courses/events
– Tracking and maintenance of logistics and equipment
– Manage resources and manpower to ensure smooth flow of programmes and certifications
– Developing and managing client relationships
– Expand and manage clientele information via the CRM software
– Other secondary or ad-hoc responsibilities

– Passion in outdoors and sports especially in water based activities
– Meticulous and able to respond promptly to reques
– Service oriented tactful especially when dealing with client
– Adaptable and react well to changes and creative in solutions (able to think out of the box
– Able to work independently to take responsibilities to make effective decisions
Skills/ Knowledge
– Conscientious and detailed oriented to produce quality work
– Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Understand corporate etiquette and professional in business dealings
– Good client relations management skills
